If a component is no longer available and cannot reasonably be repaired, Kühlen Vision reserves the right to replace it with a comparable substitute item.

Failure to follow the recommended Care & Maintenance guidelines below may void the product warranty.

OUTDOOR DOORS, DRAWER FRONTS, SEEN RAILS & KICKBOARD

Manufactured from porcelain, which is durable, impervious to sunlight, and wear resistant, this material is ideal for outdoor areas. To maintain your porcelain, periodically clean with a soft cloth moistened with plain water. Mild detergent can be added to plain water for spills.

INDOOR DOORS, DRAWER FRONTS, SEEN RAILS & KICKBOARD

Manufactured from 18mm moisture resistant MDF formed on the face and edges with a hard, scratch resistant and exceptionally durable polyurethane Italian paint finish or engineered wood veneers, both these door finishes are ideal for indoor use. To keep your doors looking good, wipe down using a damp soft cloth containing warm soapy water or use a good quality streak free glass cleaner. Dry, using a soft cloth so as not to leave any residue on the door or panels. Always ensure that you refer to the recommendations provided by the cleaning product manufacturer before use. Do not use commercial cleaning products, abrasive cleaners, scouring pads or abrasive pads, acids and alkalis, solvents, thinners, turpentine, ammonia, bleach, acetone, or any other cleaning agents containing organic solvents when cleaning your doors and panels. Avoid contact with sharp implements.

Outdoor Kitchen, Laundry & Vanity Cabinets

All outdoor and wet-area cabinets are manufactured using EvoTuff 16mm Natural Fibre Board, which is waterproof and recyclable.

To maintain the appearance and longevity of your cabinetry:

  • Clean spills immediately once noticed.
  • Avoid leaving standing water or excessive moisture inside cabinets.
  • Wipe surfaces regularly using a soft cloth and mild cleaning solution.
  • Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or excessive impact on surfaces.

INDOOR KITCHEN CABINETS

All indoor kitchen cabinets are made from 16mm high moisture resistant E1 grade particle board bonded on the edges with environmentally friendly and recyclable ABS products. As soon as any spills are noticed inside a cabinet, immediately clean the surface.

DOOR HINGES, SOFT CLOSE RUNNERS & PULL-OUT ACCESSORIES

These can be cleaned periodically with a clean dry cloth. Ensure moving parts are free from foreign matter and any liquid spills.

STONE BENCHTOPS & STONE ENDS

For regular cleaning, use a soft cloth dampened with clean water. Where required, a mild detergent may be added.

To maintain the quality and appearance of your stone surfaces:

  • Clean spills immediately to minimise the risk of staining from substances such as coffee, tea, oils, or red wine.
  • Granite surfaces are sealed after installation and selected for their low porosity.
  • Reapply a suitable granite sealing product periodically when water no longer beads on the surface.
  • Use only stone-safe cleaning and sealing products available from reputable hardware retailers.
  • Avoid placing excessively hot items directly onto granite or porcelain surfaces, as thermal shock may cause cracking.
  • Minor scratches from everyday use, including pots, pans, and utensils, are considered normal wear and tear.

Sliding abrasive or heavy items across the surface may contribute to scratching but will not affect the functional performance of the benchtop.
