Frank needed to renovate his residential home in time for the Chinese New Year. The family wanted interiors that had to be thoughtfully designed- modern, durable, and accommodating specific needs like a home office, modern laundry, kitchen & storage options.

The Challenge

The comprehensive customised fit-out, demanded a seamless approach to manufacture, ship & install during the busy Christmas season, while ensuring daily living continued without disruptions.

Kuhlen’s Solution

Given the customer’s specific requirements, every detail mattered. Kuhlen streamlined the project by coordinating Stage Avenue Design with Frank, to provide guidance on product selection & space optimisation. Stage Avenue being Kuhlen’s Interior Design Partner in Perth, was familiar with Kuhlen’s product & colour range. Using Kuhlen’s online platform, Stage Avenue finalised the design & fit-out package to suit Frank’s customised needs. Materials were chosen for their elegance & durability, including 2 Pack PU Paint for Doors & Granite for all bench tops.

To ensure that the fit-out process was minimally invasive, Kuhlen streamlined the project by order managing, coordinating delivery from Fremantle port to Frank’s home and organising an installation plan with its channel partner, Superior Interiors. The customised order was delivered in flat pack & installation completed, with one day to spare before the New Year. Kuhlen’s customer services team were available each day to Frank & our partners to ensure a seamless process.
