Warranty

WARRANTY

Kühlen Vision Pty Ltd warrants all its products subject to the Conditions of Sale accessible on the Kühlen Vision website, www.kuhlenvision.com,  to the original purchaser of the product, for use in normal domestic purpose. This warranty does not apply to the product if used for commercial purpose.

Our kitchens come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For customers in other countries, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Where a failure does not amount to a major failure, Kühlen will provide, at its option, a repair, replacement or refund for the component. If a product or component is no longer available and cannot be repaired, Kühlen will, in its absolute discretion, replace the product with a substitute item. Kühlen provides a 10 warranty on cabinets, doors, drawer fronts, rails, stone tops & stone components and hardware, with the following exceptions, which include, indoor & outdoor appliances, sink & tap that carry a 2-year warranty supplied with these products.

WARRANTY

Kühlen Vision Pty Ltd warrants its products, subject to the Conditions of Sale available at www.kuhlenvision.com, to the original purchaser for normal domestic use only. This warranty does not apply to products used for commercial purposes.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For customers outside Australia, you may also be entitled to certain rights under local consumer protection laws. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Where a failure does not constitute a major failure, Kühlen Vision may, at its discretion, repair or replace the product or affected component. If a component is no longer available and cannot reasonably be repaired, Kühlen Vision reserves the right to replace it with a comparable substitute item.

Kühlen Vision provides a 10-year warranty on:

  • Cabinets
  • Doors
  • Drawer fronts
  • Drawer rails
  • Stone tops and stone components
  • Hardware

The following items are covered by a 2-year warranty:

  • Indoor appliances
  • Outdoor appliances
  • Sinks
  • Taps

Failure to follow the recommended Care & Maintenance guidelines may void this warranty.

Warranty Conditions

This warranty operates under the following conditions:

  • Repairs carried out under this warranty do not extend the original warranty period or commence a new warranty period.
  • Any replacement parts supplied under warranty are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • The warranty will be void if:
  • Unauthorised persons repair, alter, or interfere with the product; or
  • Unsuitable supplementary parts or accessories are installed or used with the product.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused during transport or handling;
  • Misuse, neglect, or abuse;
  • Exposure to weather conditions, including direct sunlight or rain;
  • Excessive heat, humidity, or moisture;
  • Incorrect installation;
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, stains, burns, fading, or scuff marks;
  • Damage caused by solvent-based chemicals or inappropriate cleaning products;
  • Minor discrepancies or variations that do not materially affect the value, appearance, or usability of the product.

Kühlen Vision will rectify, free of charge, any faults proven to its reasonable satisfaction to have resulted from manufacturing defects.

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a claim under this warranty, please contact the authorised Member or retailer from whom you purchased your Kühlen product and provide:

  • Proof of purchase; and
  • Documentary evidence of the fault or damage.

Supporting evidence may include photographs, statutory declarations, receipts, or inspection reports, depending on the nature of the claim.

Kühlen Vision is not responsible for any costs incurred in transporting the product or supplying evidence in support of a warranty claim.

Limitation of Liability

The benefits provided under this warranty are in addition to any rights and remedies available under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and any other applicable consumer protection laws. This warranty does not exclude, restrict, or modify those rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kühlen Vision will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic loss or damage, including loss of use or damage to personal property, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

Kühlen Vision’s liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the relevant product or component, or the cost of its repair or replacement.

No other express warranties or representations are made regarding Kühlen Vision products, their operation, repair, or replacement. No employee, representative, retailer, or Member is authorised to modify or extend this warranty in any way.
